The 3.2 PTR Is Live: Play Season 15 Early
The Public Test Realm for patch 3.2.0 opened on August 4 and runs for one week – PC only
The Public Test Realm for patch 3.2.0 is open: since August 4, 10 a.m. PDT you have one week to play the content coming to the base game with Season 15. Blizzard announced the launch itself.
How to Get onto the Test Realm
The PTR is PC only. Open the Battle.net app, pick Diablo 4 from your games list and switch the dropdown above the Play button to Public Test Realm. Install the client, log in and create a fresh test character – make it a Seasonal one for anything tied to the seasonal content.
Everything you need for testing comes from the PTR vendor Mrak, standing next to the main Waypoint in major cities: levels, gear, materials, Glyphs and Paragon points at the push of a button.
What's Worth Testing This Week
The deepest change is Soul Splinters – socketables for your jewelry that hand you a hefty bonus and charge an equally severe drawback for it. Add Challenge Dungeons with a Torment tier you pick yourself, Overland Ambush encounters and far more deterministic Mythic crafting. Feedback still moves the needle right now – after August 11 the window closes.
Every detail, including the values of all eight Soul Splinters, the ten legacy Uniques and the balance changes from build #73123, is in our in-depth article: The 3.2.0 PTR: Everything You Need to Know About Season 15.
Rather wait for the season launch? You'll find the current setups in our tier list and can plan your next character at your own pace in the build planner.
