Diablo 4 Builds Guide – Season 14
This page lists every Diablo 4 build for Season 14 — created by the community, tested by us, and ranked in a tier list. Whether you want to level fast, push the Pit, or just try a fun build for the season start: here you get complete setups for all eight classes with skills, gear, Paragon boards, and Talisman.
How our build overview works
Every build on D4Guides includes the complete skill tree, all gear slots with aspects and affixes, Paragon boards with glyphs, and — new since Season 14 — the matching Talisman setup. Tier ratings (S to D) are based on damage output, survivability, and farming speed in the current patch. Use the class bar above to filter by class and the tabs to switch between meta, creator, and community builds. You can find the full ranking of all builds in our tier list.
Barbarian builds
In Season 14 the Barbarian remains what he has always been: an unkillable melee bruiser with enormous area damage. The Whirlwind build (S-tier) carries you reliably through the entire endgame — the Arsenal system swaps weapons automatically, and high damage reduction lets you survive deep Pit tiers. If you like standing in the middle of the pack and just holding the button, this is the most straightforward entry point. All setups: Barbarian builds.
Druid builds
The Druid is one of the strongest classes in Season 14, period. The Storm Shred build combines werewolf form with storm magic and hits S-tier both while leveling and in the endgame. The S-Tier Shred Druid melts bosses in seconds. For a more relaxed pace, the Companion build (A-tier) lets wolves, ravens, and vines do the work. All setups: Druid builds.
Necromancer builds
The Necromancer fields two S-tier archetypes in Season 14: the Golem build scales a single giant golem into absurd single-target damage — perfect for boss kills and lair runs. For leveling, the classic Minion build is unbeaten: skeletons and golem tank everything while you collect loot at your own pace. Ideal for beginners and anyone who wants to command an army. All setups: Necromancer builds.
Rogue builds
The Rogue remains the class for precise, fast-paced gameplay. The Penetrating Shot build (Penshot) is our S-tier endgame pick: a single charged shot pierces entire enemy lines. While leveling, Dance of Knives shines with high mobility and a wonderfully fluid feel — you quite literally dance through dungeons. All setups: Rogue builds.
Sorcerer builds
The Sorcerer dominates Season 14 with fire magic: the Firering build (S-tier) burns everything in its radius and ranks among the strongest endgame builds of the season. For leveling we recommend Static Field — lightning area damage that clears whole screens with just a few skill points. All setups: Sorcerer builds.
Spiritborn builds
The Spiritborn brings the most flexible class mechanic with its four spirits (Gorilla, Jaguar, Eagle, Centipede). In Season 14 the Pestilent Swarm build leads the S-tier: poison swarms roll across the screen in waves. For leveling, the Stinger build is the fastest way to max level. All setups: Spiritborn builds.
Paladin builds
The Paladin fights through Season 14 with auras, a shield, and holy wrath. The absolute classic: the Hammerdin (S-tier) — spiraling blessed hammers crush everything around you while your oath and auras make you nearly unkillable. If you loved Diablo 2, you will feel right at home. All setups: Paladin builds.
Warlock builds
The Warlock is the new class in Season 14 — and launches with several strong A-tier builds. Apocalypse rains fire from the sky, Dread Claws shreds enemies in melee, and the Road Runner is the fastest farming build of the class. For leveling we recommend Hell Fracture. All setups: Warlock builds.
