Lord of Hatred: Fastest Mythic Unique Farming Guide – Season 13
The "Portal Prankster" Method via Horadric Cube & War Plans
Since the release of Lord of Hatred on April 28, the meta for farming Mythic Uniques (formerly Uber Uniques) has shifted dramatically. The most efficient method is no longer just raw boss grinding, but a targeted synergy within the Kurast Undercity.
Phase 1: Preparation in the Horadric Cube
To guarantee the maximum drop rate, you need the Mythic Tribute of Armors. You can craft this in Temis (Skovos) at the Horadric Cube.
Recipe (Transmutation): - Combine 5x Legendary Tributes of Armors in the Cube.
- Note: You can also craft Legendary Tributes using Rare Tributes.
Phase 2: Optimizing War Plans
Before entering the Undercity, you must invest your Activity Points (XP) into the correct trees at the Command Table in Temis. For Mythic farming, the following nodes are essential:
1. Tree: Kurast Undercity (The Core)
- Gutter Filth: This node is the heart of this method. It gives every beacon you light a chance to spawn a Portal Prankster (Loot Goblin).
- Endless Swarm: Increases the density of Invasion Portals, which in turn triggers more chances for Loot Goblin spawns.
2. Tree: Boss Lair (Synergy)
- Golden Hoard: With this node active, low-quality loot is automatically converted into Gold – except for Unique and Mythic items. This keeps your inventory clean for the drops that actually matter.
- Exotic Armory: Grants a chance for additional Unique drops from Hoard Chests.
Phase 3: The Perfect "Prankster" Run
Once your War Plan is active and you have your Mythic Tribute ready, start your run in the Undercity.
- Tribute Activation: Use the Mythic Tribute of Armors at the entrance. This guarantees the highest Attunement Rank.
- The "Slow-Burn" Tactic: Do not just rush to the boss! Activate every beacon individually. Since every beacon can spawn a Portal Prankster, you don’t want to miss a single goblin or have them despawn because you moved too fast.
- The 4-Player Rotation (Community Meta): Never go solo! In a 4-player group, each player can take turns using a Tribute. Since the War Plan bonuses apply to the entire party, you multiply your chances massively. Reports suggest up to 3-5 Mythic items per hour are possible with this method.
Good luck with the loot! See you in the Undercity.
Stay smooth, Chrix1848
