Blizzard's official preview guide: six Diablo slots with times in PT and CEST, 14 partner creators, the first-ever BlizzCon chat badge and three Twitch Drops for Diablo 4
Blizzard has published its official preview guide to Diablo at BlizzCon 2026, the first complete look at the Diablo programming for September 12 and 13, 2026 in Anaheim: six stage slots, the list of partner creators, a new Twitch badge for the 30th anniversary and three Twitch Drops for Diablo 4. This article gathers everything Blizzard has confirmed, with every time in Pacific Time and CEST – as of September 8, 2026.
The Short Version
- Diablo opens BlizzCon: during the Opening Ceremonies on Saturday, September 12, 10:15 a.m. PT (19:15 CEST), Blizzard says the franchise will "reveal extensive plans for the glorious future of Sanctuary".
- Diablo: Developer Update follows on Saturday at 1:45 p.m. PT, Diablo IV: What's Next on Sunday, September 13, 11:00 a.m. PT – both on the Main Stage.
- Three more slots round it out: the cinematics panel The Art of Darkness (Saturday, 4:15 p.m. PT), the Diablo Immortal Live Artist Drawing (Sunday, 10:00 a.m. PT) and Voices of Blizzard (Sunday, 3:15 p.m. PT).
- Diablo content streams on twitch.tv/diablo and youtube.com/diablo; the Opening Ceremonies and the voice-actor panel are also simulcast on Blizzard's main channels.
- 14 partner creators stream from the show floor, including Rhykker, Wudijo, Rob2628 and DatModz for Diablo 4.
- Twitch Drops: September 12–15, one cosmetic per two hours watched in the Diablo IV category – Serrated Skean (2 h), Corroded Cleaver (4 h), Tintinnabulation (6 h).
- Twitch badge: one subscription to any Diablo streamer between September 12 and 26 unlocks the first-ever BlizzCon chat badge, celebrating Diablo's 30th anniversary.
When Is Diablo on Stage at BlizzCon 2026?
Every tile leads with Pacific Time, the local time of the show, and repeats the slot in CEST for European viewers. The three highlighted tiles are the Main Stage slots where Blizzard has promised news.
One correction to the earlier schedule: Blizzard's preview guide lists the Opening Ceremonies at 10:15 a.m. PT, not 10:30 a.m. as listed before. If you want to catch the announcements live, tune in fifteen minutes earlier than planned.

Opening Ceremonies – Main Stage, 10:15 a.m. PT. Johanna Faries, President of Blizzard Entertainment, is joined by the leaders of every Blizzard franchise for the major game announcements. For Diablo, Blizzard's own wording is that the franchise "takes center stage to reveal extensive plans for the glorious future of Sanctuary". The ceremony is also simulcast on youtube.com/blizzard and twitch.tv/blizzard.
Diablo: Developer Update – Main Stage, 1:45 p.m. PT. The Diablo team talks about the ideas, craft and ambition shaping the franchise. There is no numeral in the title, so the panel may span the whole series rather than Diablo 4 alone.
The Art of Darkness: Behind Diablo 4's Cinematics – Legends Stage, 4:15 p.m. PT. The Diablo 4 cinematic team offers a behind-the-scenes look at visual storytelling, performance, animation and the craft behind Sanctuary's darkest moments. Not a gameplay slot, but the only one devoted entirely to Diablo 4.
Sunday, September 13, 2026
Diablo Immortal Live Artist Drawing with Special Guest – Immortal Stage, 10:00 a.m. PT. The Diablo Immortal art team draws live and discusses the creative process behind the franchise's characters and worlds with a guest who has not yet been named.
Diablo IV: What's Next – Main Stage, 11:00 a.m. PT. The key slot for anyone playing Diablo 4: the development team celebrates "30 years of darkness" with, in Blizzard's words, previews of upcoming content, features, and more. What exactly, Blizzard does not say in advance.
Voices of Blizzard – Main Stage, 3:15 p.m. PT. The voice actors behind beloved Blizzard characters share stories from the booth, revisit memorable performances and bring favorite moments to life on stage. Also simulcast on Blizzard's main channels.
Where Can You Watch the Diablo Panels for Free?
New compared with the general BlizzCon schedule: Blizzard names dedicated channels for Diablo. Most Diablo content runs on youtube.com/diablo and twitch.tv/diablo. Two exceptions are additionally simulcast on the main channels youtube.com/blizzard and twitch.tv/blizzard: the Opening Ceremonies and Voices of Blizzard. None of these streams requires a ticket.
If you are attending in Anaheim, Diablo also has a presence in Hall B with a Diablo 4 demo, a Diablo I, II and III demo, the Diablo Immortal Arena and a 30th-anniversary celebration – the details are in our first overview, BlizzCon 2026: Diablo 4 Schedule, Panels and Drops Explained.
Which Creators Are Streaming from BlizzCon?
Throughout BlizzCon, Diablo content creators stream directly from the show floor, and Blizzard developers join participating creators for interviews. Blizzard explicitly calls this list a selection, not the full line-up.
| Game | Creators |
|---|---|
| Diablo IV | Rhykker, Wudijo, Rob2628, DatModz, Cliptis, Aaron Action RPG, MacrobioBoi, AnnacakeLIVE, Slaydra |
| Diablo Immortal | Indez |
| Diablo II | Mrllamasc, Jymnasium, Kano, LuckyLuciano |
The Diablo II streamers are booked twice: they stream Diablo IV from the main Diablo show floor area and Diablo II from the Classic Arcade area. Only watch time in the Diablo IV category counts toward the drops, so it is worth checking which category a stream is currently under.
What Is the BlizzCon Diablo Twitch Badge?

Blizzard is introducing its first-ever event chat badge for BlizzCon 2026. It celebrates 30 years of Diablo and, once earned, can be worn across all Twitch channels.
- Window: September 12, 2026, 10:00 a.m. PT to September 26, 2026, 9:59 a.m. PT
- Requirement: purchase one (1) subscription to any streamer broadcasting in a Diablo category during that window
- Eligible categories: Diablo II: Resurrected, Diablo III, Diablo Immortal and Diablo IV
What Twitch Drops Are There for Diablo 4 at BlizzCon 2026?
The drops run longer than the show itself: from September 12, 2026, 10:00 a.m. PT through September 15, 2026, 9:59 a.m. PT. Any stream in the Twitch category Diablo IV counts – during the panels as much as during creator coverage. Every two hours watched unlocks one cosmetic:

- 2 hours watched – Serrated Skean (dagger)
- 4 hours watched – Corroded Cleaver (axe)
- 6 hours watched – Tintinnabulation (two-handed mace)
You do not need any edition of Diablo 4 or Lord of Hatred to earn the drops. Watch time accumulates across channels: half an hour with one streamer, then a switch to another – progress carries over. Watching several streams at once does not speed anything up, and streams running in the background or in inactive tabs do not count. Drops work in a PC or Mac browser and in the Twitch app for Android and iOS, but not in Twitch apps on consoles or smart TVs.
