Additional Hits Spark shocks 1 additional time.
Crackling Energy Spark forms a Crackling Energy each time it damages a new target.
Critical Strike Chance Spark gains 10%[+] Critical Strike Chance.
Additional Hits Spark shocks 1 additional time.
