Rushing Claw becomes an Eagle Skill, deals Lightning damage, and has 2 Charges with a 25 second Charge Cooldown. Rushing Claw counts as an Evade. You no longer need a target to Cast Rushing Claw.
Rushing Claw now has 12 Maximum Charges. Casting it consumes all Charges to increase its damage by 50%[x] per Charge and it hits a larger area. Rushing Claw's Cooldown refreshes 10% faster for each Ferocity you have.
Rushing Claw deals 30% increased damage and is empowered based on how many Charges it has when you Cast it: 1: Heals 15% of your Maximum Life (129). 2: Guaranteed to Critically Strike. 3: Gain 100% Dodge Chance for 1.5 seconds. 4+: Strikes an additional time.
Rushing Claw extends the duration of your active Incarnate Skills by 0.5 seconds, up to 4.0 seconds.
Using Rushing Claw's last Charge will refill 4 Charges by consuming 4 stacks of Ferocity.
