- Gain Cyclone Armor for free. Cyclone Armor grants ?% Damage Reduction and triggers when Close enemies damage you. This effect can only happen once every 10 seconds, affected by Cooldown Reduction.
- 5-piece bonus
- Storm Skills have a ?% chance to Double Cast and a ?% chance to Triple Cast. Double Casts gain a 100% damage bonus and Triple Casts gain a 300% damage bonus.
