Lucky Hit: Enemies hit while afflicted with Iron Maiden have up to a 15% chance to randomly grant 1 stack of Ferocity or Overpower.
Enemies afflicted with Iron Maiden are Vulnerable.
Iron Maiden is also a Blood Skill, causing enemies damaged by it to have a 5% chance to form a Blood Orb. Casting Iron Maiden picks up 4 Blood Orbs in the target area and causes them to burst for 150% damage.
Iron Maiden is also a Darkness Skill that deals Shadow damage. Enemies have 30% chance to be stunned for 2 seconds when they take damage from Iron Maiden.
While at least 1 enemy is afflicted with Iron Maiden, you gain 1,981 Thorns. Iron Maiden's damage is increased by 100% of your Thorns.
Enemies afflicted with Iron Maiden will be Executed. You are Fortified for 5% of your Maximum Life (1) when an enemy dies while afflicted with Iron Maiden.
Iron Maiden no longer has an Essence cost and instead generates 5 Essence for each enemy you curse that was not already afflicted with Iron Maiden.
