Who is Belial?

Belial does not carry a fixed loot table of his own. After defeating him you may choose a chest representing one of the other Lair Bosses and receive rewards drawn from that boss' drop pool. Belial is reported to have a slightly higher chance to drop Mythic Uniques than the other Lair Bosses.

How to Summon Belial

To fight Belial you first need the summoning materials below, then open its Hoard at the boss' lair. These Lair Boss Keys and materials drop in Torment difficulties from endgame activities — hover each material, or read below, for exactly where to farm it.

  • Betrayer's Husk — Used to open Belial's Hoard, requires 2. Acquired from Belial, Lord of Lies, who sometimes ambushes after opening a Lair Boss's Hoard. Belial will only drop his treasure for those who opened the Hoard that caught his attention. Only found in Torment difficulties.
