Butcher is summoned in a dedicated lair and has no fixed spot in the open world. The entrance appears on the map once you hold the summoning materials.
How do I summon Butcher?
Summoning Butcher requires 1× Greater Lair Key. Place the materials at the altar in front of the lair.
What does Butcher drop?
Butcher drops 25 uniques, among them Chainscourged Mail, Cowl of the Nameless, Emberfury, Fist of the Iron Rose, Fury of the Wilds, Heart of Azgar. Mythic Uniques can drop on top of that, at the same rate as from any other uber boss.
