How to Summon Varshan

Varshan Strategy & Tips
Echo of Varshan summons waves of adds and floods the ground with poison and blood pools. AoE the minions on cooldown, keep moving out of the ground effects, and focus Varshan whenever the adds are down. Poison resistance and steady area damage keep the fight smooth.

Varshan is summoned in a dedicated lair and has no fixed spot in the open world. The entrance appears on the map once you hold the summoning materials.
How do I summon Varshan?
Summoning Varshan requires 12× Malignant Heart. Place the materials at the altar in front of the lair.
What does Varshan drop?
Varshan drops 59 uniques, among them 100,000 Steps, Airidah's Inexorable Will, Arcadia, Azurewrath, Balazan's Maxtlatl, Banished Lord's Talisman. Mythic Uniques can drop on top of that, at the same rate as from any other uber boss.
