Ball Lightning - Mekuna's Ballkuna is the strongest build this season. It's the fastest and highest DPS.

It use Unstable Currents with the upgrade Boundless Unstable Currents combined with Aspect of Armageddon to deals an insane amount of damage.

This is an endgame build, if you don't have the Uber Uniques yet, I recommend using Static Field build progression through Torment tier and farming the requiered item before you switch.
