Lucky Hit: Enemies hit while afflicted with Decrepify have up to a 25% chance to grant 1 stack of Resolve.
Each enemy afflicted with Decrepify increases your Movement Speed by 2%[x].
Instead of afflicting enemies Decrepify is now applied to your Minions, granting them 20%[x] increased Cast Speed and Movement Speed.
Decrepify is also a Blood Skill, healing for 10.0% of your Maximum Life (86) whenever you hit an enemy afflicted with it, up to once a second. Enemies that die while afflicted with Decrepify have a 20% chance to form a Blood Orb.
The first time an enemy is afflicted with Decrepify they are Dazed for 3.0 seconds.
Lucky Hit: Enemies hit while afflicted with Decrepify have up to a 15% chance to reduce a random active Cooldown by 1 second.
You have an additional 5%[+] Critical Strike Chance against enemies afflicted with Decrepify.
