Command Fallen generates 1 additional Wrath for every Demon or Enemy you have killed in the last 2 seconds, up to 5 additional Wrath.
Command Fallen summons a Mega Lunatic which deals 136% damage and bursts into 3 Mini Lunatics which each deal 40% damage.
Every 1 second Command Fallen passively summons a Lunatic that follows you around and detonates when enemies get close, up to 3 Lunatics. Command Fallen is now a Hellfire Skill.
Command Fallen now summons up to 3 Fallen Grunts for 20 seconds which deal 48% damage and generate 10 Wrath per hit. Recasting while all are active will direct them to move or target on your command. Command Fallen is now an Abyss Skill.
Your Demons summoned by Command Fallen deal x8% increased damage for every second they are alive, up to x30%.
