Blazing Scream now seeks your target location for 5 seconds, dealing 478% damage and making enemies Vulnerable. Channeling redirects the skull and refreshes the duration. Blazing Scream is now an Abyss Skill.

Blazing Scream gains up to x30% increased damage and speed based on your Movement Speed Bonus.
